US closes loophole: bans export of most advanced AI chips to Chinese overseas entities

Microsoft open-sources SkillOpt framework to optimize Agent skill documents like training neural networks

ChatGPT web summary feature found vulnerable to phishing link injection, OpenAI has not yet patched

Additionally, embedded external images are automatically loaded, potentially leaking sensitive metadata such as user IP addresses. Another security researcher also released a tool called LLMReaper, demonstrating that malicious browser extensions can steal conversation data from ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
